Absolutely, I cannot believe the kiddos have one more week of school and we are out for Thanksgiving Break. I know I sound like a broken record, but their breaks give me life. I love the time I get to spend with them on their days off from school. We always stay home for Thanksgiving. Both of our families live here and Kris can never get too far from the store on holiday weekends.

We always head to my mom and dads for our Thanksgiving meal. Last year, we convinced my sister and her family coming to our gym’s Thanksgiving boot camp. I thought my sister would kill me after. Her took her 2 hours or more to recover. Somehow, we have talked them into the Turkey Trot 5k this year. After lunch, Brydon rounds up the whole family for a game of football. Then the naps ensue to prep for our traditional Girl’s Black Friday Shopping. In which my sister keeps me out all hours of the night.

Thanksgiving Outfit Inspiration

So since Thanksgiving is less than 2 weeks away, I thought I would give some outfit inspiration. I have never gone over the top with what I wear to our Thanksgiving dinner. I typically go for a comfy chic, meaning denim with a dainty feminine top.
