Active & Athleisure Favorites
It’s hard to believe the holidays are over and, just like that, we’re in a new year. I’m entering 2023 the way I left 2022 – in my favorite cozy, comfy looks! There’s always a place for activewear and athleisure in the outfit rotation, but that’s especially true this time of year. Whether you’re gearing up for a gym day and hitting the ground running with your new year’s resolutions, or taking it easy after a busy holiday season, these are some of my favorite brands and pieces (and how I like to style them).
Spanx has always been a go-to. Everything they touch turns to gold. Their leggings suck you in in all the right places, and the quality of their clothing is always top notch. My Dolman top is currently sold out in this color but available in other options. I’ve linked it below, along with some similar navy tops.

Another favorite leggings style from Spanx paired with the perfect oversized crewneck sweater. This particular top is sold out, but Free People has a similar option that is just as cozy and wonderful.
After a week of Audrey and I having the flu, my Varley pieces were the first thing I reached for when I was ready to get dressed in normal clothes. Everything they make is so comfortable and well-made. It’s a brand I always find myself going back to.
You can’t go wrong with an oversized crewneck and a great pair of leggings.
Of course, I always love the classics too. Under Armour, Nike, New Balance and Adidas are a few of my favorite activewear brands. Linking this look and other favorites from these brands below.
Summersalt has always been a favorite for swimwear, but they also have amazing athleisure sets, as well as individual pieces. I stocked up on some favorites this season. Linking these looks and more of my Summersalt picks below.
